There are no promises or
guarantees made or implied unless it is provided
to you in prior to the point of sale. If a
promise or guarantee is required prior to
engaging the services and products of BUSINESS
FORMATION GROUP, LLC. please ensure you have a
copy of such an agreement prior to payment.
If a written promise and
guarantee is provided, it is done so with
provisions and conditions that are as follows:
The 100%
guarantee is conditional on the (paying) client
to 1. Provide us with the information requested
about you and or your corporation. 2. Completing
/ performing requirements to meet lender
criteria, if applicable. 3. If a loan approval
is obtained and you choose to reject or turn
down that loan or choose not to use it, this
guarantee will become null and void and will
void issuance of a refund. 4. Documents provided
to us must be for a business or a company you
own or are a registered officer with the
Secretary of State. 5. Guarantee is
limited to approvals from one of our lenders
where we can validate and verify approvals. We
don’t guarantee funding however we do guarantee
that based from the results of our reports, your
business will be approved for at least $100,000
with the Report Plus and $200,000 with the
Report Delux and Extra. Furthermore we
guarantee you will obtain an approval from a
broker or lender in as little as 15 business
days and that you will obtain the funding itself
in as little as 5 business days and may take as
long as 60 business days from the date you
provide the documentation requested from the
lender. If we do not perform what we promised
herein in the timeframe we promised the funding
to potentially occur, but you have met the
conditions as stated herein, we will issue you a
100% refund within 30 calendar days.
Furthermore by engaging our services you
understand and agree that Business Formation
Group, LLC is not a lender and therefore cannot
promise or guarantee funding, terms, rates for
loans or lines of credit of any kind, however,
if by meeting the conditions to this guarantee
our product does result in you obtaining the
funding as promised, you will not be issued a
refund. You certify that the report you
requested is for a business or company that you
currently own or are a registered officer of
that company with the Secretary of State
otherwise this guarantee will become null and
void.
