By completing the prequalification form below, our lenders and brokers will predetermine if your company can qualify for a loan without using personal information and with no credit inquiries made on your business.  If you are pre-approved, you will receive a full credit application to complete directly from the lender.

BUSINESS FORMATION GROUP, LLC is not a lender, nor do we build or manage credit scores or ratings.  We work with lenders and brokers to assist our client who might be seeking funding.  This is a free service we provide, in the hopes that it can help you obtain a loan.
